GLOBE TELECOM may at anytime modify this Agreement, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. Since your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, and creates a legally binding agreement between you and GLOBE TELECOM, you should review them regularly. You agree to review the Agreement periodically and your continued access or use of the Service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement.
(I) Service Availability and Security
Availability of the myGlobe G-Blogs service is at the sole discretion of GLOBE TELECOM, and GLOBE TELECOM may discontinue the service at any time. Moreover, GLOBE makes no warranties of any kind concerning service availability, service quality, or security. myGlobe G-Blogs service and GLOBE TELECOM does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including without limitation warranties of title or non-infringement, or the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) with regard to the Service, any merchandise, information or service provided through the Service or on the Internet generally, and GLOBE TELECOM shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such transaction. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided through the Service or on the Internet generally.
(A) myGlobe G-Blogs does not guarantee or warrant the quality, content, or continued availability for viewing or downloading of any images and/or text posted on this website.
(B) myGlobe G-Blogs is not responsible for any loss of data and/or files resulting from suspension or deletion of data and/or files, network or system outages, file corruption or for any other reason, nor is it required to return any data.
(C) You also understand that GLOBE TELECOM cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Service will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. (A) You warrant that all the registration information you have provided is true and correct in all respects. myGlobe reserves the right to immediately suspend and/or cancel service to you if any of the registration information you have submitted is incorrect or unverifiable. (A) You will not post (1) images containing nudity, including but not limited to unclothed children regardless of age, (2) images containing vulgar, pornographic, sexual or obscene material, or messages which contain pornographic, vulgar, sexual or obscene material or which are which contain language or meaning highly suggestive of any of the foregoing; (3) images or messages or material offensive to any race, religion, sex or creed, or which threaten harm to or blackmail or threaten to blackmail, any person; (4) images or messages or material not owned by the uploader, (5) images taken in dressing rooms, hospitals, medical facilities, homes or other private locations where the subject(s) of the image does not appear to know the image is being recorded, (6) images, messages or material containing intellectual property not owned by the uploader, including but not limited to images taken of movies, concerts, works of art, etc., (7) images of driver's licenses, credit cards, social security information, phone numbers, or messages or material containing financial information, (8) images, messages or materials depicting, promoting and/or inciting violence, terrorism, vandalism, rebellion, sedition, or the overthrow of organized government of any kind or in any country; (9) images, messages or material depicting, promoting or providing instruction regarding illegal or immoral activities, (10) images messages or material depicting, promoting or inciting cruelty to animals, (k) images messages or material infringing on another's right to privacy or his right against undue publicity; (11) images, messages or material that is libelous, slanderous, false or untrue; (m) comments which are not or appear not to be the creation of the commenter;
(B) You will not post images which are taken without the consent of the subjects thereof and which, because of the circumstances surrounding recording of the image, or may be considered an invasion of privacy according to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and/or the jurisdiction in which the image was recorded. Images which myGlobe G-Blogs believes have been recorded in violation of a person's rights of privacy or uploaded in violation of copyright laws shall be removed from the website.
(C) You will not tamper with or alter any images, messages or material posted on the myGlobe G-Blogs service without the permission of the owner thereof.
(D) You will not use this service or the access granted thereto, to conduct bypass, international simple resale, ringback, callback, or any unauthorized telecommunications service,
(E) You will not damage, destroy, deface, flood, spam, tamper with or vandalize the G-Blogs service. Any attempt by any individual to damage, destroy, deface, flood, spam, tamper with or vandalize this service and its Web/WAP sites are violations of criminal and civil law and G-Blogs and GLOBE TELECOM will diligently pursue all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law.

You agree to use the Service only to send and receive personal messages. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Service, or the resale of its services, is expressly prohibited.
(G) You will abide by all applicable Philippine laws, and the local, state, national and international laws and regulations of the country in which you are originating and/or transmitting content, images or messages, and

Interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of the Service or another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of similar services.
(I) You will not post images, material, content or messages or comments which promote the services or goods of a competitor of Globe Telecom or any of its affiliates and subsidiaries.
(J) You will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
(K) You will be solely responsible for the security of passwords and PINs, and all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of your transmissions through the Service.
(IV) Complaints
G-Blogs does not and cannot police all of the images, messages, comments and materials on this site. If an image of you appears on myGlobe G-Blogs which you believe invades your rights of privacy or you believe that your material or that of another person has been copied without authority, myGlobe G-Blogs encourages you to contact us by using the Report User link provided on the site of the user you want to report. To allow us to consider such claims, please provide your full name, complete identification of the material complained of, any information known to you regarding the circumstances surrounding the recording/copying of the image, an explanation of why you feel the image is an invasion of your privacy or has been copied without authority, and a means for us to contact you. myGlobe G-Blogs service will make a reasonable effort to, but does not warrant that it will, consider your claim and provide a response or remove the questionable image within five business days of receiving your communication. Information you provide during this process may be shared with the member posting the material complained of and/or in any legal proceedings.
Additionally, and anything in this agreement notwithstanding, Images and comments that G-Blogs in its sole discretion believes may have been uploaded in violation of these Terms and Conditions shall be removed from the website. myGlobe G-Blogs service expressly reserves the right to remove any images, message sor material, including those which it believes violates the restrictions set forth in this agreement. You agree that you have no cause of action against Globe for such removal.
(V) Rates
By ordering G-Blogs any or any other paid moblog service you agree and understand that you will be charged based on the rate advertised for your selected services at the time of purchase. myGlobe G-Blogs and GLOBE TELECOM reserves the right to increase the rates being charged to you for paid moblog services, in accordance with existing Philippine regulations.
(VI) Indemnities and Limitations of Liability
By posting images and/or text on myGlobe, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. By use of this service and website, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GLOBE TELECOM , its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you.
