After doing any of the above, you will receive an SMS confirmation informing you of the successful G-Blog registration. You will also be advised to complete your profile when you log in to G-Blogs Web at http://g-blogs.com. If you are not yet a myGlobe member, the system will send you your username (your HP number: 09xxxxxxxxx) and a system-generated password which you need in order to log in to G-Blogs. If you are already a myGlobe user, just use your myGlobe username and password to log in to G-Blogs.

2. Sending invitation for PRIVATE G-Blog site (For G-Blog owners only)

The recipient will receive an SMS message that contains the invitation from the G-Blog owner to be a member of his/her private G-Blogs site if this is via handyphone or username. An email will be sent for invites via email address. The message also contains a URL which the recipient needs to enter into his/her web client. From there, the recipient is expected to confirm his/her membership.
The sender will also receive an SMS notification that confirms successful delivery of the invitation. The SMS notification also serves as the proof of transaction.
You will be charged P2.50 for this transaction.
3. Posting SMS and MMS messages as journal entries (For G-Blog site owners only)
There are several ways to post entries using your mobile phone. Choose any of the following:
Note: If you do not specify any title with your MMS post ((TITLE)/(BODY)), the whole message will be treated as the body and the entry title will be "untitled."
After doing any of the above, the system will automatically detect your Handyphone number so it will be able to post your SMS or MMS message as an entry in your G-Blog site. You will also receive a system-generated SMS message confirming successful transaction. The SMS message will also serve as proof of your transaction.
You will be charged P2.50 for SMS postings and P5.00 for MMS postings.
4. Downloading G-Blog entries to your Handyphone
Text GET (G-BLOG ID#) to 2815. Example GET 501
A G-Blog ID is a unique number assigned to each blog entry. You can get the G-Blog ID inside the box after each G-Blog entry.
If you are mobile, you can still inquire about the G-Blog ID#s. Just text INQ (G-Blog URL) and send to 2815. The G-Blog URL is the word or phrase next to http://g-blogs.com. Example, in http://g-blogs.com/myGlobe, myGlobe is the G-Blog name. If you want to get the G-Blog ID#s for myGlobe, the SMS format will be INQ myGlobe.

The entry will be sent to the Handyphone as an MMS message if the keywords used were for a Globe handyphone number or a username. For email, this will be received at the email address specified. You as a sender will be charged P5.00 for this transaction.

A comment ID is a unique number assigned to each comment made. You can get the comment by texting ALERT NOW to 2815 or whenever you are subscribed to "alert notifications" (ALERT ON).
The comment will be sent as an MMS. You will be charged P5.00 for downloading a comment. Comment ID inquiries (ALERT NOW or ALERT ON) will be charged P2.50 per request.
7. Setting alerts or notifications whenever comments are made to your G-Blog entries
You will receive a list of IDs of the most recent comments made to your G-Blog entries. Even G-Blog owners who are subscribed to SMS alerts can still request for latest comment ID#s anytime. You will be charged P2.50 for this transaction.
8. Searching for G-Blog Sites (For G-Blog owners and non-G-Blog owners)

You will receive a list of your search results via SMS. The list contains the URLs of the G-Blog sites that would match your search. Example, you would like to get a list of G-Blogs with names that contain the word "blog", just text Search Blog. The system will send you a maximum of 20 URLs with sites that match your search. To access any of these sites, type the URL from your Web or WAP browser. To visit these sites, just type in the URLs in your web browser.

9. Inquiring about ID#s of G-Blog entries (For G-Blog owners and non-G-Blog owners)

You can access G-Blogs WAP by accessing http://www.g-blogs.com from your WAP browser. From the G-Blogs WAP site, you may read entries, post entries and comments, and download images and entries to your Handyphone or forward them to other Handyphone users.
Viewing your own blog site on WAP is free while viewing other users’ blog sites will be chargeable. In terms of downloading on WAP, you will be able to download text and image content for free and only get charged when you download audio/video content, whether from your own blog site or another site. Browsing/download charge is P0.10/kb.
